Qualification
Required
J.D. degree required
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia is mandatory
Preferred
Minimum 1-8 years of relevant Litigation, Motion Practice, and Courtroom Experience is preferred
Strong working knowledge of Georgia Mortgage Foreclosure Law
Proficiency in the Georgia Code of Civil Procedure and Supreme Court Rules
Previous experience with foreclosure litigation involving both residential and commercial property
