Direct the full financial close cycle
Oversee and reconcile work with the Fund Administrator
Manage investor communications, capital activity, and reporting
Lead audit coordination and respond to auditor inquiries
Support compliance filings, valuations, and expense analysis
Qualification
Required
At least 6 -10+ years across public accounting (within fund/investment), fund administration, or PE/investment management
Deep technical expertise in fund accounting and alternative investment structures
Highly proficient in Excel with strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
CPA HIGHLY preferred
