Responsibilities

Ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment for the team and encourages suggestions, actions and ownership for improvement

Ensure process and product quality through the adherence to standard work and other related documents/procedures

Be responsible for training the team and improving flow within the cells to ensure that customer demand is met

Be responsible for staffing requirements the meet the established goals/line rates

Ensure inventory accuracy through established depletion/replenishment systems and cycle counting processes

Be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of team members for career/talent development

Be responsible for ensuring that the team operates with a WIN RIGHT mentality and operates within the policies and procedures of Pentair

Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience OR a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Must be a hands-on leader

Lean Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience

Personnel management

High energy and the ability to motivate and influence

Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills

Preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
