They are seeking a Printing Press Assistant to assist the Press Operator, maintain job information, assure quality, and perform maintenance on the printing press in their new facility in Batavia, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Assists the Press Operator: set up materials, printing press feed, printing units with ink and other supplies and logistics activities. Maintains job information in ERP system
Assures quality - realizes specifications of printing job
Performs daily maintenance and preventive maintenance and cleaning of printing press to ensure a clean working environment
Operates a transporter pallet, operates interface of the printing press and Cutstar control panel
Understands Risk and Safety and Hazard and precaution Statements

Required

Work SAFELY- Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures
Be DEPENDABLE- regular and predictable attendance and work overtime when required
Be a TEAM PLAYER- ability to assist others with machine set‐up, run, and clean up

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship required
Strong proficiency in the use of computer systems
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency for on‐time completion of assigned activities
