Responsibilities

Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and entering transactions encompassing but not limited to payroll, benefits, travel expenses, insurance, cash movement

Reconcile general ledger accounts, generate and record adjusting journal entries to ensure accurate reporting

Summarizes financial results by collecting information and preparing internal monthly reporting and analysis of consolidated results to management

Maintains allocation schedule and oversees monthly expense allocations

Participate in the preparation of quarterly reporting and analysis for the Board of Trustees

Adherence and preparation of support for internal control testing

Prepare audit schedules and assist the independent auditors in their inquiries proactively identify and drive process improvements and standardization
