Entry, Mid LevelTeal Energi is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Engineer to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction through effective warranty management and technical support, involving analysis of warranty claims and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage and process warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies
Conduct root cause analysis on returned products and collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions
Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding warranty-related issues
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of warranty data, trends, and performance metrics
Work cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and customer support teams to improve product reliability and reduce warranty costs
Support initiatives related to data centers, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and solar industry applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Background in Quality Engineering and/or Customer Support Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and cross-team collaboration
Preferred
Experience or strong interest in data centers
Experience or strong interest in BESS
Experience or strong interest in the solar industry
Proficiency in warranty management systems and data analysis tools
