Responsibilities
Teach courses at both the doctoral and master's levels
Chair Ph.D. dissertation and/or master’s thesis committees
Meet ongoing scholarly growth requirements, including publishing scholarly work
Actively pursue and obtain externally funded research
Present work at professional conferences
Fulfill service responsibilities to the university and the profession
Provide instruction in both traditional classroom formats and online formats as appropriate
Qualification
Required
A doctorate
Relevant experience in aviation safety
Relevant experience in big data analytics
Relevant experience in ML/AI
Preferred
Ph.D. in a closely related field
Teaching and research experience in aviation safety
Teaching and research experience in big data
Teaching and research experience in analytics
Teaching and research experience in advanced statistics
Teaching and research experience in machine learning
