Regional Sales Director, North East USA
PROJECTUS is a rapidly expanding organization in the cardiac rhythm management sector, seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive the adoption of an innovative remote cardiac monitoring platform. The role involves engaging with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and health-system leaders to build and close long-cycle deals, significantly impacting revenue and territory dominance.
Responsibilities
Covering a high-potential Northeast territory (ideal home base: New Jersey), you’ll engage EPs, cardiologists, practice administrators and health-system leaders… building, advancing and closing long-cycle rhythm-management deals that create lasting revenue and territory dominance
You’ll operate alongside a proven team of high-output commercial performers and leadership genuinely invested in your success
You know that being in front of customers, activating your network and building trust across stakeholders is how large cardiac accounts are won
You understand CRM/cardiac rhythm management or ambulatory cardiac monitoring, you know how to influence early in the curve, and you’re comfortable navigating complex clinical and organizational structures
Qualification
Required
Experience is in CRM, cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology, or ambulatory cardiac monitoring
Strong, established network across EPs, cardiology groups, and regional health systems
Proven closer comfortable managing 9–12 month cycles
High autonomy, high urgency, self-directed
Based in New Jersey or surrounding Northeast markets
