Lead Service Technician

Responsibilities
Lead National Install Team Installers
Communicate job site progress, issues and conflict resolution with end users on site
Serve as company liaison by sharing consistent reports of job progress to customers and internal stakeholders
Assure the project is completed as efficiently as possible
Mentor and develop National Account Technicians to become Regional Technicians
Provide technical training/certification to End Users, Distribution Partners, Integrators, Technicians, and Sales Staff
Qualification
Required
Commercial door hardware experience
A valid state driver's license, without restrictions
Preferred
Associated degree in a technical field
3+ years of experience
