Responsibilities

Own the entire journey between contract signing and full adoption

Build the deployment playbook for 200+ hospitals

Make ROI real for executives

Be the bridge customers and product

Lead multi-stakeholder rollouts across 5–20 hospital sites

Run training for thousands of clinicians

Troubleshoot workflows and drive adoption

Align nursing, operations, IT, finance, and PMO

Own escalations and remove blockers fast

Partner daily with engineering on roadmap-impacting insights
