Required

ABET accredited Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil design, at least three (3) within airport-related facilities
Texas PE licensure or ability to obtain within 12 months of starting
Strong technical knowledge of aviation design fundamentals
Experience directing and reviewing aviation plans and technical specifications
Proven ability to lead projects of varying scope and complexity
Independent decision-making skills on technical matters
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation abilities
A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and teamwork
