They are seeking an Internal Wholesaler to support the recruitment and development of independent agents while managing the sales lifecycle and collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to maximize sales activity.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and develop independent agents into our financial services network

Manage warm leads provided by RSMs or generated through coordinated cold-calling efforts

Guide agents through the sales process, from prospecting to policy submission and issuance

Partner closely with RSMs to fill calendars, coordinate meetings, and support regional life events

Prepare agendas, presentations, and sales materials as needed

Assist with policy administration, application tracking, and issue resolution in collaboration with New Business Operations and other internal teams

Work with Marketing to ensure timely and accurate communication materials

Partner with Operations to resolve client and agent issues efficiently

Adhere to the company's Enterprise Risk Management Framework, complete all required training, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Support team initiatives and complete assigned projects to drive sales growth and operational efficiency
