The Deposit Operations Representative performs a wide range of duties including but not limited to NSFs, stop payments, chargebacks, positive pay, ACH disputes, wire transfers, charge offs, recoveries, teller balancing, check adjustments, collection items, mobile remote deposit review, fraud monitoring, customer service, internet banking support, ATM reconciliations, research, reclamations, unposted item repair, dormant account monitoring, Reg CC holds and various reconciliations of accounts
