Partnerships Lead
Waldium is an autonomous content platform for fast-growing startups, and they are seeking a YC Partnerships Lead to expand their presence within the YC network. The role involves identifying potential startups, engaging with founders, and guiding them through the onboarding process to utilize Waldium's content solutions.

Responsibilities
Identify YC startups that need high-quality content but lack time or resources to produce it
Run targeted outbound across email, Bookface, LinkedIn, Slack groups, and warm intros
Talk directly with founders, marketing leads, and growth teams
Run tight demos that show how Waldium generates long-form content from their existing knowledge
Guide companies through onboarding and help them publish their first pieces
Track pipeline and activation metrics across YC companies
Work closely with the founders to refine positioning and improve conversion
Qualification
Required
You're comfortable reaching out directly to founders and marketing teams
You can communicate value quickly and clearly
You like high-velocity outreach and simple, measurable goals
You're comfortable running demos on your own
You understand content marketing well enough to speak to pain points around bandwidth, consistency, quality, and distribution
You're organized, persistent, and good at managing pipeline
You're excited to join an early-stage team and work closely with the founders
Preferred
Experience in growth, partnerships, outbound sales, or customer-facing roles
Experience with B2B SaaS or marketing tools
Familiarity with the YC ecosystem
