The role involves assisting in the development of engaging educational materials and contributing to various projects aimed at enhancing learning experiences within an HR organization.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, lesson plans, and assessments

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and transform it into engaging learning experiences

Support the review and revision process of existing instructional materials based on feedback and best practices

Participate in usability testing and gather feedback to improve learning outcomes

Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive content

Conduct research on instructional design trends and best practices to inform project development

Help organize and maintain project documentation and resources
