Responsibilities
Perform maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of apartments
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Conduct regular inspections of the property and report any issues
Assist with on-call maintenance as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
