Responsibilities

Build AI-enabled workflows, prototypes, and tools that improve productivity and decision-making
Collaborate with IT operations teams to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation with existing IT systems
Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and tools to replace manual tasks and improve service delivery
Develop and maintain integrations between CRM, ITSM, and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and connectors
Write and document clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, Python, API, and related technologies
Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document requirements, and iterate rapidly on solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and customizations
Monitor and optimize automated processes for performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with IT process owners, operations, and cybersecurity teams to identify automation opportunities and enforce best practices
Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for tooling-related issues
Work with project teams and business stakeholders to understand and document operations procedures
Provide training and support to IT teams with new automation tools and best practices
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance IT operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, IT operations, or ITSM platform development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Self-starter with a curious and strategic mindset
Hands-on day-to-day experience with AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude)
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations
Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM best practices
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
Experience working with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Preferred

Proven expertise in APM, On-Call, IAM, and ITSM concepts, with hands-on experience in platforms such as DataDog, Splunk On-Call, Okta, and FreshService highly preferred
Experience with workflow engines, orchestration tools, and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus
Certifications in ITSM platforms and ITIL Foundation are highly desirable
