Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced fabrication, assembly, and automation processes

Drive manufacturing digitization projects and integrate Industry 4.0 technologies

Lead and support the deployment of robotic automation and electronic systems

Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and optimize manufacturing technologies

Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and support decision-making

Provide technical expertise and training to production and maintenance teams

Required

Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical field or 10+ years of demonstrated experience

5+ years in advanced manufacturing, automation, or electronics testing

Proven experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and MES platforms

Hands-on experience with robotic systems and communication protocols

Experience leading complex projects and process optimization

Proficiency with automation controllers and industrial communication networks

Strong problem-solving and project management skills

Preferred

Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM

Experience with AI and Machine Learning in computer vision

Ability to implement Digital Twin technologies

Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects

Knowledge of smart manufacturing and automation tools
