Vice President, Channel & Integrated Marketing – Private Wealth Solutions

Responsibilities

Develop and own the integrated channel marketing roadmap for PWS, aligning campaigns, digital journeys, events, and communications into cohesive programs that drive advisor engagement and pipeline generation
Partner with the Head of Private Wealth Marketing to translate channel strategy into measurable, multi-step marketing initiatives
Lead agile marketing ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) to drive cross-functional alignment and rapid execution
Architect and execute digital customer journeys across advisor segments (wirehouses, RIAs, private banks, family offices), incorporating triggers, segmentation, automation, and personalization logic
Translate business goals into dynamic workflows that advance prospects through the funnel and support relationship deepening for existing clients
Develop personalization tactics across email, web, gated experiences, CRM touchpoints, and digital events to improve relevance and advisor experience
Oversee buildout and optimization of automated nurture programs, including onboarding series, product/strategy education, event-driven workflows, and cross-sell sequences
Partner closely with centralized Marketing Operations, CRM, and Digital teams to execute, test, and optimize campaigns in alignment with Vista’s digital platforms and data infrastructure
Ensure campaigns are fully integrated across email, web, paid media, social, advisor platforms, and sales enablement channels
Leverage data, insights, and digital analytics to inform journey design, improve conversion, and refine audience segmentation
Establish KPIs for advisor engagement, lead generation, funnel progression, and client servicing impact
Incorporate A/B testing, behavioral engagement signals, and reporting frameworks to drive continuous improvement
Partner with PWS Sales, Product Specialists, Events, Content, Compliance, and broader Marketing teams to deliver unified advisor experiences
Serve as the primary liaison to Digital, Martech, and Marketing Operations to ensure technical alignment across platforms, data flows, and deployment processes
Collaborate with external agencies or vendors supporting digital production, creative execution, or channel analytics

Required

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or channel marketing, preferably within asset management, alternative investments, wealth management, or financial advisor/RIA-focused environments
Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo), CRM systems, digital workflow design, and multi-channel orchestration
Demonstrated ability to design and execute sophisticated digital journeys with segmentation, triggers, and personalized content at scale
Experience leading agile marketing teams and facilitating agile ceremonies
Strong strategic and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data, identify insights, and connect marketing activities to business outcomes
Exceptional project management abilities; highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with product, sales, executives, operations, and compliance teams
Creative problem-solver with an aptitude for building new programs and improving existing processes
Ability to travel as needed for events, leadership meetings, and channel initiatives

Preference for candidates with direct experience marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, or private banking channels
