Answering Service Care is a family-owned business celebrating fifty years in service. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and consultative sales presentations.

Responsibilities
Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities by researching prospects, engaging through cold outreach, industry associations, Linkedin, and client referrals, with a focus on building lasting, value-driven relationships
Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients; reviewing websites, services, and industry insights to craft relevant, personalized outreach
Deliver confident, consultative sales presentations tailoring value add solutions to meet client needs
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
Maintain clean records and activity logs in CRM systems like HubSpot and Monday.com
Stay on top of trends in the answering service space to position ASC as the trusted solution
Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders around the company to improve the onboarding and overall client experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with team members with a proactive approach to collaboration
Positive attitude and reactive to coaching
Inquisitive mindset, actively seeking and embracing new ideas to enhance our service offerings
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong self-motivation and a drive to consistently achieve targets
Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Proven ability in negotiation techniques
Proficient in using various computer applications, including CRM, word processing, spreadsheets, email, social media, and collaboration tools like Slack
Aptitude for quickly mastering industry-specific and internal computer programs
Preferred
Demonstrated success in a previous sales role, especially outbound sales campaigns
