Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a clear understanding of overall system interdependencies and interfaces

Derive software requirements and use cases with traceability to system requirements

Drive definition of desired software functionality to meet System of System needs

Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to support creation of deliverables and traceability to software requirements

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university with 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or an MS with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience

Demonstrated understanding of the top-down systems engineering process for architecture development and bottoms-up verification

Experience in deriving software requirements and use cases for complex systems

Experience defining system interdependencies and interfaces

Experience defining desired software functionality in collaboration with stakeholders

Experience effectively collaborating and communicating within a multi-disciplinary team and external stakeholders

Experience using requirement database tool(s) such as DOORS or Cameo Systems Modeler

Experience working within an Agile environment (or equivalent)

Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
