They are seeking an SEO Senior Solutions Delivery Partner to build and execute the company’s organic search strategy, enhancing brand discoverability in a rapidly changing search environment.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the SEO strategy to maximize organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across all digital touchpoints
Lead special projects focused on organic growth, including pilots for new tools, platforms, and automation opportunities
Stay ahead of emerging trends in search—such as AI-driven experiences, zero-click results, and voice search—and proactively adapt strategies
Manage SEMrush and other SEO platforms to monitor performance, extract insights, and drive optimization across technical and content SEO
Analyze SEO performance using SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and other tools to identify growth opportunities and diagnose issues
Develop and maintain SEO reporting frameworks for leadership, with KPIs tied to sessions, conversions, and move-ins
Identify and champion content opportunities that align with SEO strategy; collaborate with creative teams or produce content directly when needed
Partner with Technology teams to ensure effective implementation of technical SEO enhancements (e.g., site architecture, crawl efficiency, schema, page speed)
Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to align SEO initiatives with paid media strategies and overall acquisition goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, or a related field
8+ years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy and execution, with a demonstrated track record of driving measurable business impact
Deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush)
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the evolving landscape of AI-driven search
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams, driving initiatives without direct authority
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building, optimizing and owning high-impact digital SEO strategies
Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical implementation and content optimization
Proficiency in SEMrush and other analytics platforms, with the ability to extract insights and drive performance improvements
Strong analytical capabilities and self-sufficiency in managing SEO reporting and insights without dedicated analyst support
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills; collaborative team-player mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex SEO concepts for executive audiences
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced self-directed entrepreneurial environment
