Responsibilities
Conducting timely, complex proactive and reactive investigations
Drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
Delivering clear, strategic analytical presentations to stakeholders at all levels
Supporting other FIU teams and expanding responsibilities as the program evolves
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in AML regulations, investigations, or related compliance fields
2+ years of hands-on experience drafting SARs
Strong understanding of AML/CTF laws, regulations, and compliance practices
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and functions)
Exceptional writing, research, and analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret complex data from multiple systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and time-sensitive environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
Sound judgment and ability to make discretionary decisions based on research and guidelines
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with urgency and follow-through
Preferred
Professional certifications preferred (CAMS, CFCS, CFE, CHTI, etc.)
Experience in an MSB or e-commerce environment is a plus
SQL skills a plus
