Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads

Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their housing needs; identifies and suggests company product line that meets those needs

Manages all home sales and coordinates with realtors and customer to complete contracts

Assists in the coordination of activities and communications surrounding the home closing, such as handling deposit checks and preparing and delivering contract documents

Confirms any terms or conditions by which customers have been pre-approved to purchase a home

Communicates accurate home deposit requirements to customers and sets customer expectations around the buying process

Maintains CRM database and meets monthly sales targets

Develops and maintains positive realtor relationships by participating in community and VIP events

Manages priority registration lists

Collaborates with other departments within the company to resolve customer concerns

Assists in marketing activities related to selling homes
