Beacon Hill’s client is an Am Law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with strong commercial leasing experience. This part-time, remote role involves supporting the real estate group by handling transactional real estate matters with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review commercial leases
Review and analyze title documents, surveys, closing checklists, and due diligence materials
Handle easements and related real estate issues
Support transactional matters from initial review through completion
Communicate effectively with internal attorneys and stakeholders
Produce clear, well written work product
Work exclusively on this assignment. No concurrent legal work is permitted

Qualification

Commercial leasing experienceReal estate experienceEasements experienceDue diligence experienceWriting skills

Required

4 to 5 years of dedicated real estate experience
Strong background in commercial leasing
Experience with easements, due diligence, title review, and surveys
Strong writing skills required
Licensed and living in a state where the firm has an office
Ability to work independently and manage workload with limited supervision

Preferred

Homebuilder experience is a plus
