Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of major projects—from ideation through implementation, testing, QA, and launch
Work across the full stack using TypeScript, React, CSS Modules, GraphQL, Node, Python, Java, Postgres, and MySQL
Identify and execute opportunities to improve product capabilities, user experience, performance, and reliability
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and user experience
Set engineering standards, lead technical discussions, and mentor engineers across the team
Qualification
Required
Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of major projects—from ideation through implementation, testing, QA, and launch
Work across the full stack using TypeScript, React, CSS Modules, GraphQL, Node, Python, Java, Postgres, and MySQL
Identify and execute opportunities to improve product capabilities, user experience, performance, and reliability
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and user experience
Set engineering standards, lead technical discussions, and mentor engineers across the team
Default to action: you ship, gather data, learn, and iterate quickly rather than over-optimize before launch
Push on product and design decisions, especially around UX and problem framing
Focus on impact: you care about moving metrics, solving customer pain, and driving measurable business outcomes
Preferred
Experience with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, ingestion frameworks, or distributed data systems
