Responsibilities
Investigate and vet potential cases
Review and summarize evidence; develop case strategy and facts
Draft and respond to written discovery
Handle meet-and-confers and assist with depositions (prep + execution)
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda
Support expert vetting, preparation, and coordination
Assist with discovery, hearings, and trial preparation
Qualification
Required
Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
Comfortable managing high-volume litigation and deadlines
Able to work independently and collaborate with a busy trial team
Open to a hybrid Berkeley schedule
Preferred
Litigation associate experience (complex/class action, consumer, antitrust, or similar preferred)
