MeanPug Digital is looking for a Recruiter to fully own their Talent Acquisition System and manage recruiting end-to-end across multiple roles. This hands-on role involves keeping the pipeline moving, ensuring candidates are screened, and maintaining high standards for talent entering the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire talent pipeline from initial sourcing to offer stage
Screen incoming applicants across a variety of disciplines (content, dev, design, marketing, operations)
Conduct 15–20 minute video screeners to evaluate fit, communication, and base competency
Coordinate and schedule deeper technical interviews with hiring leads
Keep our TAS tracking up-to-date across all stages
Maintain fast candidate communication (follow-ups, confirmations, rejections)
Source additional candidates when pipelines run low
Ensure every open role has a healthy backlog of active, vetted talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine scoring rubrics, role requirements, and job postings
Earn a commission for each successful hire (details outlined in offer)

Required
