Total Rewards Integration Project Manager
LaSalle Network is partnering with a global leader in the building solutions space to find a leader in the Human Resources space to manage the integration process. The HR Mergers & Acquisition Project Manager will work closely with HR team members and external vendors to ensure a meaningful integration experience for various acquired companies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with VP of Total Rewards, HR PMO, and cross-functional teams to set goals and drive project execution
Oversee end-to-end delivery of Total Rewards integration projects
Create and manage project plans aligned with organizational priorities; track progress to ensure results
Establish team communication practices, meeting cadence, and working norms
Schedule and lead meetings, set agendas, and provide project updates
Coordinate internal efforts to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and within scope
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure accountability
Identify risks and issues, document decisions, and develop mitigation strategies for successful delivery
Maintain compliance with the HRIS system
Qualification
Required
Must have prior HR M&A Integration experience; total rewards experience is a plus
5+ years of project management experience
Strong communication with stakeholders internally and externally
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
