They are seeking an Outside Sales-Water Restoration Sales Representative to promote services, assist customers through the water damage process, and ensure project satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Promote our commercial and residential services to insurance agents for properties that have been damaged by water
Help our customers through the water damage cleanup process
Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer’s satisfaction
Develop scope of work and work plan for water crews to complete
Monitor progress of job from start until collection
Ensures work done by technicians is in keeping with IICRC and RRSC guidelines
Supervise work on assigned job sites
Arrive at customer site as the first responder for our company
Inspect site and present solutions to the customer
Be the point contact for the customer and insurance agent throughout the project
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license
Strong customer service focus
Excellent communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Sales experience, preferably in the restoration or service industry
