They are seeking a motivated Client Development Director to drive the growth of their software solutions, responsible for identifying leads, conducting product demos, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Qualify leads and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions
Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams
Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage activities
Qualification
Required
Proven success in software sales, preferably in custom or niche solutions
Familiarity with the software sales process and methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven
Pre-employment drug test, background check, and valid driver's license required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Proficient with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred
Experience selling to federal contractors is a plus
