The Digital Connections Coordinator, Programmatic Trader will support the digital media team in deploying, monitoring, and reporting on digital media campaigns across various markets, ensuring effective execution and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Responsible for digital media campaign asset management, platform implementation / trafficking and reporting
Receive and manage all the inventory of media assets required and their technical specs
Coordinate with traffic/project management to ensure proper and on-time delivery of media assets
Implementing/executing across various DSPs and ad server ensuring its success as measured by the target KPI’s
Implement and actively monitor performance and campaign budgets across different platforms (DV360 mainly, Campaign Manager Ad-Server, among others DSPs)
Maintain constant communication with Executives, Managers and/or Directors for ongoing KPI monitoring
Ensure proper implementation of established naming conventions
Effectively manage campaign data and develop campaign reports
Work on billing reconciliation
Collaborate with campaign managers as well as external partners to ensure proper campaign execution, data cohesiveness, KPI monitoring / tracking, insights and reporting

Required

Mid-level experience
Passionate for the digital media and social media industry
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends
Self-starter and curious of the digital media landscape, online media platforms, research and planning tools
Tech savvy
Must be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in a fast moving, ever changing world of digital advertising
Organized, resourceful and poised with good personal management
Attention to detail, thoroughness, accountability, excellent follow-through
Team player
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management; ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
Approaches work with a sense of urgency and effectively able to prioritize and exercise good judgment
Excellent written, verbal communication skills, in both english and spanish
Problem-solving & analytical skills
Pulling and analyzing advertising data
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually advertising performance reporting
Competitive and category advertising analysis
Insightful reporting regarding campaign performance
Comfortable in spreadsheets (Excel & Google Sheets)

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, digital media or similar
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Digital Media or similar
Proficiency in MAC and Office suites, including but not limited to Excel and Powerpoint
Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Suite, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360 and Campaign Manager preferred
Any professional certifications are not required, but a plus. If available should be brought forward
