New Grad, Entry LevelPromenade Group is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Floral Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating custom floral arrangements for various events while upholding the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Design and create floral arrangements including centerpieces, bouquets, installations, sympathy arrangements, seasonal pieces, and custom orders
Maintain a strong understanding of floral design trends, color palettes, and composition techniques
Process, hydrate, and care for fresh flowers to ensure longevity and quality
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, event needs, and budget
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Ensure all arrangements reflect the brand’s standards for quality, style, and sustainability
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a floral designer or related creative field
Ability to create and replicate arrangements from our website or picture
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during holidays
Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Experience as designer and customer service
Preferred
Experience with event work
Fluent in Spanish
