Responsibilities

Define Visual Strategy: Develop and champion a comprehensive visual strategy that aligns with IKS Health's brand identity, business objectives, and content priorities, ensuring a distinctive and memorable presence in the healthcare market

Executive Brand Steward: Act as the ultimate guardian of the IKS Health visual brand, setting high standards for consistency, quality, and impact across all internal and external touchpoints

Senior Leadership Collaboration: Partner directly with the CMO, executive leadership, and peer leaders across the Marketing Team to translate strategic initiatives and complex insights into visually compelling narratives

Design System Ownership: Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of a scalable design system (e.g., brand guidelines, template libraries, asset repositories) to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization

Executive Presentation Excellence: Oversee the creation of all high-stakes executive presentations (e.g., investor decks, board presentations, keynote speeches, client pitches), ensuring they are visually stunning, persuasive, and on-brand

Data Visualization Expertise: Lead the strategy and execution for transforming complex healthcare data, research findings, and operational insights into clear, engaging, and impactful data visualizations (infographics, interactive charts, dashboards)

Content Visualization Partnership: Collaborate directly with the Content Strategy, PR, Event and Growth/Product Marketing to storyboard, design, and produce visual assets for earned media pieces, blog posts, social media, and multimedia content (video graphics, podcast visuals)

Digital Experience Design Oversight: Provide strategic direction for the visual design of IKS Health's digital properties (website, landing pages), ensuring intuitive user experiences and brand alignment

Design Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing global team of designers (e.g., graphic designers, presentation specialists, motion graphics artists), fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence

Agency & Vendor Management: Select, manage, and oversee external design agencies and contractors, ensuring high-quality deliverables, budget adherence, and strategic alignment

Process Optimization: Implement best-in-class design workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and quality control across all design projects

Performance & Impact: Measure the visual impact of design work, gathering feedback and iterating to continuously improve effectiveness in conveying messages and engaging audiences

Required

Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in visual design, creative direction, or presentation design, with a significant portion in a B2B environment, ideally within healthcare, health technology, or a related complex industry

Proven experience leading a design team, managing complex projects, and successfully collaborating with senior content, marketing, and executive stakeholders

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery in designing high-impact executive presentations and translating complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives. Ideally have previous success with visual storytelling of technology concepts and workflows

Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital design principles, and user experience best practices across various platforms

Expert-level proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Canva Pro) and advanced presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides). Experience with motion graphics/video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
