Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury matters from initial litigation through settlement or verdict
Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions
Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, and examinations
Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation
Qualification
Required
Active membership in the Kentucky Bar, in good standing
Minimum 3 years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas
Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
