Start in 2026 SpringMission Edge is a non-profit organization focused on early intervention and inclusive education. They are offering a spring internship for college students or pre-professionals in fields such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Early Childhood Education, providing hands-on experience and mentorship in an inclusive preschool setting.

Responsibilities
Support teachers and therapists in implementing inclusive, play-based learning activities
Assist with individual and small-group interventions, including speech, OT, and music therapy sessions
Engage children in developmentally appropriate play and learning experiences
Help create and organize classroom materials and visual supports
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to discussions around child development and inclusion practices
Collaborate with therapists and educators to observe and learn therapeutic techniques and teaching strategies
Support children with and without disabilities in accessing the preschool day
Qualification
Required
Current college student or pre-professional interested in pursuing a degree in OT, Speech Therapy, Music Therapy, Education, Special Education, Child Development, or related fields
Passion for inclusive education and working with young children
Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with children is a plus but not required
