Responsibilities

Lead and support system integration between Veeva RIMS and SAP, with focus on the Batch Release Hub

Provide design review, design input, and assist with Proof of Concept (POC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Conduct data setup, data testing, data analysis, and Functional Unit Testing (FUT) for integration validation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and business process alignment

Participate in technical troubleshooting, identifying and resolving integration and data flow issues

Create and manage test data required for integration testing and validation activities

Contribute to system documentation, configuration, and design specifications

Ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory requirements across systems and processes

Translate business process requirements into technical design solutions

Performs other related duties and assignments as required

Required

Strong experience with GxP-regulated systems

Hands-on experience with Veeva RIM, SAP, or related systems integration projects

Solid understanding of business processes related to regulatory information management and manufacturing systems

Technical background with experience in integration testing, data migration, and system validation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field
