Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of major accounts within the Houston market, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers at each client organization
Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ business goals, operational challenges, and technology requirements, and recommend tailored solutions that align with their objectives
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, service upgrades, and contract renewals within existing accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and a seamless client experience
Achieve or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), including activity logs, forecasts, pipeline status, and customer interactions

Required

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales
Proven ability to manage and grow large or strategic client accounts
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Familiarity with telecom, IT, or network infrastructure solutions
Proven ability of exceeding quota in a major account or enterprise sales role
Valid driver's license required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
Experience in technology, telecom, or a similar industry
