Responsibilities

Assist customers with valve and actuator selection, sizing, and application support to meet project requirements

Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on technical specifications and customer needs

Compile and submit comprehensive bid packages, ensuring compliance with project requirements

Process and manage order entries, verifying accuracy and resolving any discrepancies

Work closely with outside sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry standards, and company policies

Develop and nurture relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Accompany and assist salespeople at customer sites and trade shows
