Responsibilities

Supervises daily operations and staffing for all supply and equipment receiving, ordering and distribution activities. Organizes effective and efficient work flows and ensures the team understands their duties and/or delegated tasks

Develops and maintains staff schedules and budgets using volume and work flow indicators and adjust staffing accordingly to mitigate disruptions in Supply Chain scope of services. Provides direct leadership to staff to comply with standard operating procedures, expectation setting and oversight, performance coaching and disciplinary action. Monitors team productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching

Demonstrates skills and abilities to provide leadership to the Supply Chain staff in inventory management, availability and distribution of equipment and receiving activities. Performs Lawson inventory control (IC) functions within Lawson, as assigned. Works closely with the Inventory Control Analyst to ensure supply availability

Collects and compiles statistical information, and prepares operational and statistical reports as requested to identify areas of opportunity and to assist in decision making processes

Assists with creating, implementing and managing Supply Chain procedures. Stays aware of and adheres to all regulatory policies, requirements and guidelines

Works closely and cooperatively with customers regarding special supply requests, supply problems, and other related needs to ensure timely and appropriate resolution

Maintains and distributes patient care equipment per policy and procedures

Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested
