Responsibilities

Manage capital budget and projections for Core Technology Portfolio(s)

Operates at a strategic level in collaboration with Infrastructure Leadership, providing oversight and governance to ensure Infrastructure projects tasks are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner

Helps to manage Resource Management for efforts that utilize capital for labor

Conduct contracted labor analysis

Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of the team

Organized with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks

Good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills

Strong critical thinking and analysis skills

Data-centric - quantitative, analytical skills and technology proficiency

Understands the business needs, drivers and direction and adapts and evolves the strategy to meet those requirements

Budget Coordination and Reporting

Capital Budget oversight for projections and actuals tracking

Leverage Finances Monthly Capital Projections process, facilitate analysis and updates to senior leadership

Build ServiceNow reports as needed to support dashboards, task boards and ad-hoc reporting

Tracking of Contracted Worker expense type (operating vs capital)

Required

Manages to Strategic Priorities; performs Risk Management

Promotes good working relationships

Enforces process and procedure (technical and project)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge of Budget Management and Pivot Tables in Google Sheets

Knowledge of building reports and dashboards in ServiceNow

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Preferred

Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage

4+ years in Project Management / Project Management Office functions

5 years relevant Technical and business experience

5+ years Project & Budget Management experience

Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management Experience

Intermediate to advanced ServiceNow and Google Workspace experience
