Provide ongoing design technology software support through the companies Helpdesk program

Deploy new software and upgrades and provide troubleshooting of software issues

Assist with training and skills development of design staff

Assist in developing and maintaining design standards, CAD and Revit standards, project templates and families, and standard details library

Qualification

Autodesk softwareBentley softwareAutoCAD setupRevit setupCommunication skills

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience using Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit

3 to 5+ years of experience using Bentley software such as Microstation, OpenRoads & OpenBridge

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude

Preferred

Prior experience in either AutoCAD and/or Revit set-up and development a plus
