Responsibilities
Must be able to read and understand job details/work ticket to correctly perform instructions for the folder, including set-up and maintenance
Folder operators should be knowledgeable in slitting, gluing, and mailing operations
Ability to operate additional bindery equipment or willingness to learn, such as: Duplo, Folders, Shrinkwrapper, Drill, Stitcher, and Tipping/Attaching unit
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
Must be willing to help in other areas of the bindery as needed
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for the entire shift
Should be mechanically inclined
