The role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process for institutional investors, ensuring compliance and coordination across various teams and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Own the onboarding process from investor commitment through close across multiple funds, jurisdictions, and time zones

Review subscription agreements and related documents, identify gaps, coordinate investor edits and signatures, and work directly with investors and their advisors to completion

Route, coordinate, and track AML/KYC and tax reviews to sign-off; ensure all regulatory checks are completed

Apply internal policies during onboarding

Coordinate internally with Finance/Operations, Legal & Compliance (L&C), Tax, and Institutional Client Solutions (ICS), and externally with counsel and advisors to resolve questions and keep timelines on track

Maintain accurate investor data and records; perform reconciliations and exception tracking

Track milestones to close, provide clear status updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues promptly

Support routine audits

Identify bottlenecks and risks early, raise issues to the right teams, and drive them to resolution

Improve processes, define simple metrics and service levels, and pilot tools such as e-signature, digital forms, and workflow trackers to reduce errors and cycle time

Required

3+ years of financial industry and operational experience with a strong understanding of alternatives

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Performs well at a high-level within a dynamic team culture with a focus on excellence

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Builds strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients globally

Attention to detail and accuracy

Problem analysis and resolution skills

Effectively identifies & summarizes issues & proposes recommendations

Highly motivated, proactive, and takes initiative

Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously

Works well independently in a team‐oriented environment

Bachelor's degree required
