As an Administrative Assistant in the dietary department, you will play a vital role in supporting the dietary team and ensuring efficient operations through various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the dietary department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and inputting information into dietary software. Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents

Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail

Print and organize menus

Daily tasks as assigned by dietary supervisors and the department head

Prepare and distribute communications to internal staff and external partners

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualification

Administrative experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
