Required

At least 1 year of lead generation experience; will consider entry-level graduates with strong internship / related experience
Desire to advance career in Business Development and advance to an Inside Sales role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone
High energy, self-motivated individual that can thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple inbound leads simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing; or equivalent work experience
Can work Hybrid from one of our Applied Systems offices: Chicago, Lincoln, and Dallas-Fort Worth
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Previous sales or marketing experience desired
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Experience using Salesforce
Excellent oral and persuasive written communications, listening and interpersonal skills
Team player, self-driven and work under pressure
Handles objections professionally
