Gradudate Inside Sales Executive
Windcave is a high-growth leader in payment technology, providing secure solutions in E-commerce, Cashless Parking, and Retail Terminals. They are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to manage relationships, conduct sales, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer solutions.
Responsibilities
Relationship management and business development with existing accounts
Upselling and reaching out to current customers to further educate on new Windcave product
Business contract management and inbound ticket management
Managing non-sales related inquiries and maintaining relationships with larger partners
Acting as a liaison between internal Sales, Logistics, and Support teams
Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Business Development, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
Ultimate team player – you are comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure that your customers have the right solutions for their business needs
