They are seeking a Recruiter who will manage full-cycle recruiting for restaurant and support-office roles across multiple states, ensuring the attraction and onboarding of top talent. This role will also involve partnering with Operators and Hiring Managers to forecast staffing needs and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and management roles across all goop Kitchen locations
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for new market launches and ongoing hiring needs
Partner with multi-unit leaders to forecast staffing needs and ensure readiness for growth
Source talent through creative channels: job boards, social media, networking, local community outreach
Conduct initial screens and guide candidates through the hiring process while providing an excellent experience
Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding handoff
Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity across multiple states and locations
Ensure compliance with state-specific labor, hiring, and documentation requirements
Represent the goop Kitchen brand at hiring events and community partnerships
Support People Team initiatives tied to employer branding, retention, and DEIA efforts
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruiting experience (Multi-Unit QSR experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of hourly and management restaurant roles
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple states and time zones
Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, and follow through
Comfort with ATS systems (Paylocity)
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for building teams
Ability to travel occasionally for new market openings or hiring events
