Commercial Channel Manager - West
DSI is a sales enablement company seeking a Commercial Channel Manager in the Western Region. The role involves driving DIRECTV subscribers by collaborating with vendor partners, managing customer relationships, and strategizing sales growth in the region.

Responsibilities
Prospect businesses and identify new partners interested in adding DIRECTV to their portfolio that they sell
Identify, develop, and manage the database of potential and current customers in the Western Region
Work as a team with vendor partners and internal DSI Channel teams to strategize best practices in order to grow the region
Manage existing portfolio of dealers in the Western Region to:
Drive new sales
Keep DIRECTV at the forefront during every customer interaction
Provide training on new offers and promotions
Handle escalations in a prompt manner
Launch marketing/incentive programs
Provide sales support and guidance to partners (utilize leads, strategize, and execute growth plans, side-by-side selling, etc.)
Maintain dealer adherence to policies, procedures, and contractual guidelines to ensure program integrity and prevent fraudulent activity
Track and interpret sales data to identify opportunities, trends, and actionable insights. Present performance metrics and pipeline updates to leadership
Meet with key customers and potential clients, attend vendor and internal meetings
Support dealers across DIRECTV Commercial, Lodging & Institution (L&I) verticals
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of sales experience
A proven track record in prospecting, recruiting, training, and onboarding
Strong self-management and organizational skills
The capability to review large amounts of data and identify trends and opportunities
Effectively approach customers from a ‘consultative position'
Successfully discuss high-level topics with business owners and leadership including financials, cash flow, marketing, and sales strategies
Ability to travel 20 - 50% of the time
Proficient in all Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry
Bilingual (Spanish)
