The role involves building strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing a regional growth strategy aligned with the company’s broader global objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic growth across the East Coast by developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Strengthen key relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering customized ingredient solutions that drive customer success
Identify and capture new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, emerging segments, and competitive dynamics
Represent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and key industry events to enhance visibility and market leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with business priorities
Provide leadership insights through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and accurate sales forecasting
Leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and report outcomes to senior management

Required

7–10 years of success in supplier/distributor sales of branded nutraceutical ingredients or in a CDMO/CMO environment
Demonstrated ability to lead business development efforts and consistently deliver revenue growth
Established network of relationships within East Coast nutraceutical brands and contract manufacturers
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel to client sites, trade shows, and key events

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field preferred
